This website is currently informational and does not include forms, user accounts, or subscriptions. We may receive information you voluntarily send through email, Instagram, Etsy, or another external channel, including your name, contact details, business name, general location, product interests, and request details. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through general messages.

We use that information only to answer inquiries, handle product requests, coordinate orders, samples, or events, communicate availability, and follow up on business opportunities. We do not intentionally sell email addresses as marketing lists.

The site may link to third-party services such as Etsy, Instagram/Meta, Vercel, and email providers. Those services process information under their own policies. When you leave this site, the terms and policies of the platform you visit also apply.

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. We retain only information reasonably needed to handle a communication or meet applicable obligations.

Shipping policy

For Etsy orders, processing times, methods, charges, and delivery estimates appear in the product listing and during checkout.

For directly coordinated orders, delivery or shipping conditions will be confirmed before the order is completed and may vary by quantity, product, location, availability, required date, and client type.

Orders for bars, hotels, restaurants, and events may require additional coordination. Please inquire well in advance.

After a package is transferred to the carrier, some delays may be outside our direct control. Contact us if an issue arises so we can review the situation.

Returns and refunds

Because these are food products, physical returns may be limited for product-safety and control reasons.

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, a compromised package, or a quantity different from your order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your name, order number, a description, and photographs when applicable.

We review each situation individually to determine an appropriate resolution. Etsy purchases are also subject to Etsy’s current processes and policies.

Cookies and technical data

We currently have not installed our own advertising analytics tools, Meta Pixel, or email marketing system on this site.

Hosting infrastructure may process basic technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, request logs, and security signals. If we later add analytics, advertising, or subscriptions, we will update this policy and provide required controls when applicable.

We aim to offer a clear and accessible digital experience. We will continue improving contrast, navigation, alternative text, legibility, keyboard use, and compatibility across devices.
